G&J Engineering Limited provided the re-commissioning of the boilers, pumps, fan-coil units and water services, which were previously not functioning, as the building was left dormant for a number of years. Treatment of the LPHW system and sterilisation of the hot and cold water services. G&J Engineering Limited removed a number of roof mounted AHUs from site so that the building could be roofing could be renovated. On completion G&J Engineering Limited reinstated the AHU’s on site using supports, which were fabricated by G&J Engineering Limited.
