Bon Secour Hospital Endoscopy Main building Phase 2

In this project over a number of phases G&J Engineering Limited supplied & Installed a new AHU , Heat recovery unit ,Heater batteries LPHW distribution pipework ,HWS,HWSR,CWS distribution pipework ,Drainage, sanitary-ware installation, Ventilation, MCC Panel & Controls. These extensive works were completed with no disruption to the services provided by the Hospital.

Holy Cross Church, Dundrum

After a successful tendering process G&J Engineering Limited have been awarded the project of refurbishment of the PARISH PASTORAL CENTRE (previously known as the Parish Hall), This will include new LPHW distribution pipework, Radiators, Gas distribution, Gas detection, heating Controls, MCC Panel, CWS, HWS, MWS distribution,  Heating centre, Supply & Extract Ventilation, heat recovery system

Project is due for completion spring 2017

UCD Nova Science Block Belfield

Scope of works:

After a successful tendering process G& J engineering Limited were awarded the project UCD Nova located in UCD Belfield Science building

As part of this project G&J Engineering Limited Supplied & Installed new LPHW Distribution pipework, Chilled Pipework, Ceiling mounted Fan coils, Ventilation, MCC Control panel & Controls, Pipework Insulation,  As Built Drawings, O&M Manual, Client demonstration & Commissioning.

After a Successful tendering process G&J engineering  were awarded the project 47 Eccles street,

Scope of works:

As part of this project G&J Engineering Supplied & Installed a new heating centre, Gas distribution, Gas detection, LPHW distribution, MCC Panel &  controls, Radiators, HWS,CWS, MWS distribution & sanitaryware installation

This project was completed within budget and in allocated time frame

UCD Newsted Block A

Scope of works:

As part of the upgrade works  of UCD Newsted building  toilet facilities G&J Engineering Supplied & Installed new timber Cubicles, Oak doors, non slip  Flooring, Sanitaryware, LPHW Distribution pipework. Mechanical,  Builders works, ventilation & Electrics all completed to a high specification and finish.
