G&J Engineering limited were awarded the refurbishment project Duffys of Malahide
This project was completed within the specified timeframe with minimal disruption to the building staff.
The scope of works included Installation of new high efficiency boiler, pressurisation unit, stainless steel Calorifier, Gas distribution pipework, Gas proving system, Format 30 insulated storage water tanks, Ventilation upgrades, Ductwork cleaning, 2no. MCC panels, alterations to CWS/HWS/HWSR/MWS, Insulation, alterations to LPHW distribution pipework, Balancing, labelling, testing & commissioning.
