Scope of works:
After a successful tendering process G& J engineering Limited were awarded the project Loreto Abbey new sports hall situated within the picturesque grounds of the prestigious Loreto Abbey Dalkey county Dublin ,
As part of this new build project G& J engineering Limited Supplied & Installed new LPHW Distribution pipework, HWS,HWSR,CWS,MWS Distribution pipework, Heating Centre, Ventilation, Roof mounted Air Handling units, MCC Control panel & Controls, Pipework Insulation, high efficiency Radiators & the Installation of Sanitaryware throughout.
upon Completion of this project As installed Drawings & Operational Maintenance Manual were presented to the client.
A full and thorough Commissioning of all services provided & a detailed client demonstration formed part of our handover.
These extensive works were completed within budget and with no disruption to the School
