Medical Building – Garda Headquarters, Phoenix Park, Dublin 8
In this project G&J Engineering Limited provided service modifications to the medical centre within the Gardaí headquarters in Phoenix Park.
G&J Engineering Limited altered existing heating mains, relocated the existing LPHW F&R headers, installed new radiators and supplied new sanitary ware. All works were co-ordinated and carried out whilst the building was in use.

UCD Smurfit Business College, Carysfort Avenue Co. Dublin
Smurfit Business College UCD Energy upgrade to heating centre, this included the installation of a 600KW modulating gas boiler, invert driven modulating pumps and a new MCC control Panel (incorporating heat and gas meters).
