Holy Cross Church, Dundrum

After a successful tendering process G&J Engineering Limited have been awarded the project of refurbishment of the PARISH PASTORAL CENTRE (previously known as the Parish Hall), This will include new LPHW distribution pipework, Radiators, Gas distribution, Gas detection, heating Controls, MCC Panel, CWS, HWS, MWS distribution,  Heating centre, Supply & Extract Ventilation, heat recovery system

Project is due for completion spring 2017

St Joseph’s Church

St Joseph’s Church, Terenure, Dublin 6w

As part of an upgrade to the existing services at St. Joseph’s Church, G&J Engineering Limited provided the extension of sections to the existing boiler and replaced the existing oil burner with a gas fired burner. G&J Engineering Limited also sourced and installed modern radiators to match the existing style of column radiators present on site and installed Fan coil units so that the LPHW system could be expanded. G&J Engineering Limited also provided a full BMS system complete with a high spec touch screen interface

Our Lady of Divine Grace

As part of an upgrade/ extension to the existing LPHW and water services, G&J Engineering Limited provided a new wall hung condensing combi boiler to serve areas which did not previously have LPHW and Water services. G&J Engineering Limited modified the existing heating system and serviced the existing boiler on site.

 

St Pius X Church

St Pius X Church, Terenure, Dublin 6w

G&J Engineering Limited provided a complete strip out of the existing LPHW system and boiler and installed a new boiler, pumps, 67 no. Radiators and a Control system. G&J Engineering Limited provided under-sink water heaters to existing basins and supplied & installed insulation to part of the roof. G&J Engineering Limited safely disposed of the existing Boiler which was tested and found to contain traces of asbestos.

St. Pius X Church Templeogue, Dublin 6w

G&J Engineering have installed a new heating system, consisting of over 60 Radiators and new Boilerhouse. The Church is a beautiful historical building dating back to 1960. The project is a particularly interesting one due to the beauty of the building and with the order’s request that the church remaining open during the installation for masses and weddings. Design team of Homan O Brien consultant engineers and James Cummins Architects.
