The scope of works included Installation of VRF system, Ventilation supply & Extract, Heater batteries, Sanitaryware, Medical Gases, Soils & Wastes, Alterations to existing HWS, HWSR, CWS pipework, alterations to LPHW distribution pipework, Controls, Insulation, Balancing & commissioning .
Estimated completion of this project is July 2021
